Zoom acquires cloud contact centre Five9 for $14.7 billion
The teleconferencing software Zoom acquires cloud contact centre Five9 for $14.7 billion.
The call centre software of Five9 is used by more than 2,000 clients such as Lululemon, Under Armour, and Olympus, and the deal is expected to be completed in the first half of 2022 having been approved by the boards of both companies.
The Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Zoom, Eric S. Yuan, said:
