The digital transformation firm Global Wavenet Pte Ltd said the company exhibit its digital expertise in the field of generative AI as well as in telecommunications and digital healthcare industries at Digital Transformation World (DTW) 2023, on Monday.
At DTW event, Suren Pinto, chief executive of Wavenet introduced its collaboration with leading telecommunication companies at global level, as well as explained the impact of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications driven by generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the telecommunications industry.
Pinto shed light on these concepts under the theme of ‘AI at Scale: The Monetization of Generative AI in the Experience Economy.’
He also reinforced the importance of reimagining new-age of customer-agent interactions and the importance of intelligent automation and availability of Business Intelligence (BI) by optimizing business support systems (BSS) and operations support systems (OSS) in an experience-led economy.
On the event, Wavenet said it received a special mention for the open innovation catalyst award, where it collaborated with various telecommunication industries like, including Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat UAE, Comviva, SigScale, and a platform for rapid proof of concept projects, Nbn.
The collaboration aims to provide customer service points (CSPs) with the advantages of emerging wasmCloud technology, bridging the gap between mobile, transport, and cloud technologies to accelerate the delivery of 5G applications, said the firm.
West Midlands-based Wavenet is a cybersecurity, communications, and technology management service provider. Earlier this year, the company partnered with canon UK, while it acquired Axial Systems Ltd and AdEPT Technology with the motive of expansion and have global footprint.
