XNRGY Climate Systems Opens a State-of-the-Art Facility in Arizona to Revolutionise Data Centre Cooling Solutions
MESA, Arizona — XNRGY Climate Systems, North America’s solution provider in green HVAC solutions, officially opened its brand-new, State-of-the-art HVAC facility in Mesa, Arizona. The factory is about 275,000 square feet and is part of an overall $300 million venture consisting of a 1,000,000-square-foot factory and innovation centre in the United States. Production will begin at the new plant on May 1, 2025. The expansion will address increasing demand for energy-efficient HVAC systems and high-quality data centre cooling solutions for massive data centres. Arizona will produce XNRGY’s high-end products, including product lines such as XNAir, XNChiller, and XNFans, which are designed to satisfy the stringent demands of data centre climate control technology. The products are energy-saving and carbon-reducing, following current world trends in green cooling technologies for data centres. The site also makes Arizona an emerging hub for green HVAC manufacturing in the USA, with plans to generate an extra 300 jobs by the end of this year, in addition to the original complement of 130. Developed in conjunction with The Boyer Company in the Gateway East complex, the plant is on adjacent land that can be used in case of an expansion. The partner with The Boyer Company, Matt Jensen, discussed how the project aligned with Mesa’s goal of high-tech manufacturing. The plant will contribute to offering high-efficiency, sustainable cooling solutions for data centres and other core industries across North America is where XNRGY CEO Wais Jalali’s interest lies. XNRGY COO Vincent Morin underscored that XNRGY is committed to innovation in thermal management and stated that the facility underpins their capacity to keep on delivering to the fast-growing hyperscale data centre market. The project spearheads XNRGY’s R&D in water-saving cooling technologies to pursue more sustainable approaches to conventional systems. Microsoft rolls-out Next-Gen Features for Copilot & Azure AI Foundry
Microsoft celebrated its 50th anniversary on April 4, 2025. It announced significant updates and enhancements in its AI products, Azure AI Foundry and Copilot. Microsoft’s focus on designing AI and reshaping its combination of automation, personalisation, and enterprise AI solutions are reflected in the new products. Microsoft’s Copilot and Azure AI Foundry can retain relevant information about previous user sessions, thanks to improved memory capacity. With this capability, customers can create more in-depth customer profiles along with responses to their interests as users. Customers can have an AI companion who knows their personal requirements. The second significant update enhanced Copilot’s automated capabilities. Basic chat commands allow users to get Copilot to purchase tickets for events or make dinner reservations just in the background. Microsoft also previewed appearance customisations, again extending experience personalisation for Copilot. Azure AI Foundry saw significant improvement in the facilitation area for developers in terms of constructing secure, advanced AI solutions. The AI Red Teaming Agent, which was rolled out in a public preview, demonstrated natural language techniques in identifying safety risks in AI models. The feature helps developers create safe systems by proactively excluding threats ahead of time before deployment. Additionally, the Semantic Kernel Agent Framework is now in general availability as well, allowing developers to change multi-agent systems with fewer lines of code. The framework paves the way for a more pronounced agent coordination, with minimal developer complexity. Microsoft has incorporated evaluations into the AI programme to provide top-quality risk analysis ensuring trust and compliance in the AI. These updates along with Microsoft’s overall strategy, are introducing AI into its entire platform. This includes consumer-facing offerings such as Codex and Copilot, such as products for businesses, like Azure AI Foundry. Artificial intelligence will inevitably disrupt industries in 2025, and Microsoft’s improvements today could position the company at the forefront to provide next-generation solutions to personalise, automate, and accelerate business development.
