London based software developing firm Testhouse said it will form a partnership with AI-driven visual test automation provider Leapwork with an objective to revolutionize D365 testing services.
This collaboration of the two companies will establish a new standard in enhancing the quality of software for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations and upgrades.
A week ago, Microsoft said its users will be able to access Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature is aimed to help employees deliver fast and focused customer care by drafting contextual and personalized answers to questions in both chat and email said the company.
Co-pilot in simple terms, is an application that adopts modern AI and large language models such as GPT-4 to help people with everyday tasks. Microsoft said its Dynamics 365 Copilot comprises of a suite of assistive AI solutions for sales, service, marketing, operations and supply chain roles.
Testhouse said the partnership with Copenhagen, Denmark-based firm is focused to accelerate D365 testing end-to-end through a comprehensive, automated visual test approach. The London-based company also said, with the integration of Leapwork’s cutting-edge automation technology along with Testhouse’s deep expertise in quality engineering services, their clients are assured to benefit from a reduction in test cycle time, achieved through swift enhancements in test automation coverage levels.
