SK Innovation and Samsung SDI consider to establish new battery ventures

The companies Samsung SDI and SK Innovation consider to establish additional joint ventures with their clients in Europe to provide stable supply sources for electric vehicle batteries.

As the Global battery leaders such as LG Energy Solution (LGES) and China’s CATL are stocking up their production might across the globe, the Korean firms are in line with an strategic rearrangements.
