Randall Reilly introduced major leadership changes in the company, where the talent acquisition service provider appointed Scott Miller as its Chief Executive Officer, taking over from Matt Reilly on Tuesday.
The company has made this move after its recent announcement of the business split of its talent acquisition section and its industrial data division with its accompanying services. The talent acquisition side will continue business in the label of Randall Reilly, while the data business has launched as a new brand called Fusable.
Miller’s appointment of CEO was initially announced at the time of business split earlier this month. He, most recently, served as the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Recruiting, has been with the company for over 15 years, under various leadership roles.
Randall Reilly also named Nick Reid as its Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Kim Fieldbinder, who held the position since October 2017. Reid has been with the firm for nearly two decades now, having served in different senior positions.
Matt Reilly, former CEO of the company and a current board member took over as the chief executive of Fusable at the point of business separation.
Randall Reilly said the split is aimed at the growth and evolution of both firms individually, allowing them to operate independently and develop tailored solutions to clients.
