Process Automation Provider MCCI Acquires GovBuilt

Business process automation firm MCCI acquired GovBuilt, customer service provider, on Monday, with an aim to strengthen MCCI’s portfolio and reinforce its position as a leader in GovTech.

The company’s acquisition is taking place after its earlier identification as a GovTech100 company for 2023, which the company said the deal reaffirmed its commitment to delivering cutting-edge services to its clients.

The GovTech 100 is an annual list compiled and published by United States-based Government Technology, media company, as a compendium of 100 firms focused on state and local government agencies across the country.

The Manhattan-based company, GovBuilt is a low-code, also known as no-code case management platform built for government agencies to provide citizens with a one-stop experience for multiple use cases.

Earlier this year, MCCI partnered with IoT solution providers Nordic Propeye and Milesight, with an objective of distributing innovative IoT products to the US market.

The acquisition is a move that will provide amazing, customer-like experiences to the citizens as well as the government employees, said Donny Barstow, chief executive offiver of MCCI.

The company said, he expressed the MCCI’s commitment to expanding its solutions and services to fit the ever-evolving needs of government agencies.
