Digital transformation service provider Newgen Software Technologies said the company partnered with Duck Creek Technologies, intelligent solutions provider, on Monday, with an objective to offer insurers a platform that aids to connect different sections of the workstation.
Newgen said the integration between its NewgenONE OmniDocs Contextual Content Services platform and Duck Creek Policy will provide insurers the ability to get 360-degree view of all content related to customers, processes, and policies. This platform is advantageous for seamless flow of information and streamlines end-to-end customer journey.
In early 2023, India-based software firm, known for low code-based digital transformation platform, NewgenONE launched Newgen OmniDocs Connector on Salesforce AppExchange, which guides customers to make the most of their salesforce investments.
The company has a market cap value of 78.88 billion Indian rupees ($948.9 million) also collaborated with Duck Creek Technologies in May for the event of Formation ’23 held in Orlando, Florida. The global user conference of intelligent solutions provider defined the future of property and casualty (P&C) and general insurance.
