Lulu Group Chairman Pledges AED 20 Million to Fathers’ Endowment Campaign

Yusuffali MA, chairman of Lulu Group, has pledged AED 20 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign, an initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai.

The campaign aims to honour fathers by establishing a sustainable endowment fund to provide healthcare and treatment for those in need, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to humanitarian efforts.

The donation is part of a broader initiative under the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) to promote generosity, compassion, and solidarity. The campaign allows individuals and organizations to contribute in the name of their fathers while strengthening the UAE’s position as a global leader in philanthropy.

Rooted in the UAE’s culture of giving, the Fathers’ Endowment campaign encourages a nationwide movement dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged individuals.

“The Fathers’ Endowment campaign takes on a profound humanitarian dimension by supporting underprivileged communities and ensuring sustainable healthcare for those in need,” said Yusuffali MA. “Participating in this noble endeavour is a meaningful way to honour one’s father, especially during Ramadan.” He added.

The campaign welcomes contributions from individuals and organizations through multiple channels, including its website, call centre, and bank transfers. SMS donations are also available for Etisalat by e& and du users, enabling widespread participation in this impactful initiative.
