Global technology consulting and digital solutions company LTIMindtree, on Thursday, appointed Vipul Chandra as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective April 25.
The newly appointed CFO has about three decades of experience in financial management. He most recently worked with the parent firm Larsen & Toubro as Treasurer of the firm since 2013, managing cash and working capital, financing, and banking relationships. Prior to that, Chandra worked with Citibank as Managing Director for almost two decades.
Chandra will be succeeding the current CFO Vinit Teredesai, who will continue to serve his position till April 24. Teredesai joined LTIMindtree in 2020 as CFO and has worked with the company for four years.
“I would like to welcome Vipul, and I am sure that his long association with the L&T Group would provide immense value to LTIMindtree,” said Debashis Chatterjee, Chief Executive of LTIMindtree.
Earlier this week, the global technology consulting firm and Aramco Digital from Middle Eastern region signed a shareholders’ agreement to launch an IT services firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In February, LTIMindtree, and IBM Quantum Network collaborated to explore quantum computing innovation for the advantage of its global consumers from different industries.
IT services and consulting firm LTIMindtree is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and has specialties in digital transformation.
