This collaboration aims to integrate LiveX AI’s advanced AI technology into the Amazfit digital platform, improving online customer engagement and support.
This partnership will redefine the customer journey on Amazfit’s platform using LiveX AI’s Multimodal Generative AI Agent, providing instant responses through chat, video, image and voice. This integration ensures personalised, efficient assistance at every touchpoint, reducing operational costs while revolutionising customer experience standards.
LiveX AI leverages NVIDIA NIM inference microservices on Google Kubernetes Engine with NVIDIA GPUs to enhance its AI Agents’ efficiency, achieving a 6.1x increase in average token speed.
