Financial service provider Khaleeji Bank, on Wednesday, collaborated with its peer Eskan Bank to provide Shari’a-compliant Home Financing solutions, also known as Islamic home finance to citizens.
Under this agreement, the banks will finance under the ‘Joint Guarantee’ program with an aim to provide a diverse range of banking products and services and promote economic growth as well as diversify sustainable development in the kingdom, said the bank.
Khaleeji Bank also said, through this collaboration, it will work to finalize all available financing options with Eskan Bank with the provision of financial solutions to meet the needs of its clients.
Additionally, the collaboration will be financing citizens, with the same property based on their respective shares in it.
“Through consolidating efforts with Khaleeji, we will leverage our expertise and resources to support citizens benefiting from Home Financing services and contribute to the achievement of Bahrain’s economic vision,” said Dr Khalid Abdulla, Executive Chief of Eskan Bank.
In late November, Khaleeji Bank collaborated with Bahraini-based real estate firm Naseej to offer exclusive financial benefits for clients purchasing residential units in Naseej-built projects such as Basateen in Busaiteen, Canal View on Dilmunia Island, and Nasayem Arad in Arad.
Bahrain-based Khaleeji Bank was established in 2004, specializing in Islamic Bank, providing Islamic Shari’a-compliant products and services, covering banking, real estate, trade finance, investment portfolios, as well as other products and services.
