INOEX Global Presents “MENA EV Show 2023” on Sept 27, 28

The MENA EV Show 2023 is set to launch for two power-packed days of discussions, innovations, and networking on September 27-28, 2023 at the prestigious Dubai Silicon Oasis. The event is organized by INOEX Global and co- hosted by Dubai Silicon Oasis.

This year’s event will be an essential gathering for industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders in the electric mobility sector. With a rich agenda featuring prominent speakers and engaging sessions, MENA EV Show 2023 will address key topics surrounding the electric vehicle (EV) industry and sustainable transportation solutions.

DAY 1 – September 27, 2023

The first day of the event includes sessions on “Road to Cop 28: Electric Motion in MENA Region” and “Achieving Net Zero Path.” Experts will discuss strategies to promote green mobility, decarbonization approaches, and growth of sustainable finance in the UAE.

Her Excellency Dr. Farah Al Zarooni, assistant undersecretary for the Standards and Regulations Sector at MoIAT, will share insights on “Advancing Sustainable Infrastructure Development in the UAE,” focusing on green building, energy efficiency, community engagement, and technological innovation.

Highlight of Day 1 will be the keynote address on “Connected Infrastructure for a Sustainable Mobility Ecosystem” delivered by Ahmed Samir Elbermbali, managing director of the Charging Interface Initiative (CharIN), Middle East.

This session will explore the establishment of infrastructure for electric vehicles and the role of governance, policies, and regulations in supporting their deployment.

Other engaging sessions include a fireside chat on “Smart Charging Solutions” led by Ahmed Mesallam, a principal consultant from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and a developer panel discussing the plans of property developers in incorporating EV charging infrastructure.

Day 1 will also feature keynotes on “Diversification in Green Mobility Adoption” and “Daimler Truck’s Direction towards Zero Emission Mobility,” providing insights into the future of EV logistics and sustainable solutions.

The day will conclude with discussions on tire recycling solutions, mobility-as-a-service platforms, and a panel on driving sustainability through e-mobility industry transformation.

Day 2 – September 28, 2023

The second day of the event will have sessions covering “Fuel of the Future” and discussions on SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), renewable energy, and funding for electric vehicle innovation.

The event will delve into the EV start-up scenario in the BC Lounge, exploring hydrogen as a potential fuel source and how start-ups can meet customer demands with diverse product offerings.

There will also be sessions on logistics and supply chain, featuring discussions on electrifying fleets, EV-supported last-mile delivery, and the future of EVs in the logistics industry, while addressing challenges and growth opportunities.

Cherry on Top:

MENA EV Show 2023 will also provide ample networking opportunities, including a networking session and the BC Lounge discussion on the future of smart mobility.

As the symposium comes to a close on Day 2, attendees can expect valuable insights, collaborative discussions, and innovative solutions aimed at advancing the electric vehicle industry and promoting sustainable transportation in the Middle East.
