Tech solution provider IGT Solutions, on Tuesday, appointed Katie Stein as its new Chief Executive Officer taking over from Vipul Doshi, effective April 1.
The company said Stein will join as CEO Designate, effective February 14. Most recently, she worked with CTG since July 2021 as Non-Executive Director, Member of Compensation, Audit and Governance Committees. Prior to which, she has also served in various leadership positions in different companies.
“Katie has the vision and experience to take IGT Solutions’ deep capabilities in AI-led BPM and Digital Services & Solutions to new levels of growth,” said John Del Santo, Chair of the IGT board.
Doshi is stepping down from his role after having served as CEO, since August 2002. Previously, he worked as Vice President of Kanbay Software in Pune, India for nearly two years before joining IGT as CEO.
In 2023, IGT Solutions partnered with Thrio, the partnership will bolster customer experience (CX) company enterprise-wide generative AI platform, TechBud.AI, with Thrio’s flexible and scalable AI-powered contact center as a service (CCaaS) technology.
Gurgaon, Haryana-based IGT Solutions was established in 1998. It provides services including data and analytics, intelligent automation and cloud computing solutions among many others for brands across the globe. The company does this by using innovative digital technologies and by combining digital and human intelligence.
