IBM, Salesforce Expand Partnership to Boost AI

On Tuesday, IT services and Consultancy Company IBM, and Software development, Salesforce announced an expansion of their strategic partnership to drive the development of open and trusted AI and data ecosystems. The collaboration aims to empower businesses with AI technologies and comprehensive data management solutions, fostering innovation and growth.

The enhanced relationship includes bidirectional data integration, flexible large language models (LLMs), and prebuilt actions for CRM solutions. This integration will allow customers to utilize IBM’s Granite series AI models and their LLMs within the Salesforce Einstein 1 Studio, providing tailored AI solutions for various business needs.

The companies have a longstanding partnership focused on delivering advanced technology solutions. Integrating IBM Granite models with Salesforce aims to enhance customer experiences by leveraging advanced AI technologies for diverse applications such as content generation and classification.
