Health Assurance Hospitals Company (DHAMAN) wins the Best Emerging Healthcare Unit on Public Private Partnership 2022 award at the 4th Annual Business Tabloid Awards
The 4th Annual Business Tabloid Awards, conducted at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, UAE, on the 19th of January, 2023 witnessed a wonderful gathering of global award winners from the best organizations of the world.
One of the esteemed participants, Health Assurance Hospitals Company (DHAMAN) bagged the Best Emerging Healthcare Unit on Public Private Partnership 2022 award. Business Tabloid was proud and honored to recognize their continuous commitment to excellence and the community.
The prestigious award felicitated by H.E. Abdulaziz Ahmad, Founder & CEO, Safeer Corporate Services Provider and Member of ICC UAE, was received by Ms. Shuaa A. Al-Qati, Corporate Director – PR & Corporate Communications at Health Assurance Hospitals Company – DHAMAN.
Since its establishment in 2014, Health Assurance Hospitals Company (DHAMAN) is the first Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) healthcare organization in the Middle East as it was founded based on an Amiri Directive as part of the national development Plan “New Kuwait 2035”.
DHAMAN is considered the largest project within the Development Plan with capital amounting to KWD 230 million, and the first initiative to support Kuwait’s health sector in partnership between public and private sectors, which is considered one of the biggest sectors in consuming the national budget.
DHAMAN handles providing Kuwait’s mandatory health insurance for expatriates through establishing an integrated healthcare system that includes medical insurance programs, as well as building and operating a network of primary healthcare centers and hospitals that cover all areas in Kuwait while applying best professional practices to achieve sustainability in healthcare and investing in the infrastructure of the health sector based on highest international standards and recruiting over 7,000 highly qualified individuals in medical and administrative fields.
