Gojek Pledges to achieve Zero Emissions by 2030
The Indonesian multi-service platform and digital payment technology Gojek pledges to achieve Zero Waste, Zero Emissions and Zero Barriers by 2030 in its First Annual Sustainability Report.
This move is to create positive impact on long term value for people and planet which is a part of its sustainability mission.
The company’s approach will be structured around three specific areas: socio-economic progress (GoForward) and equality and inclusion (GoTogether) to achieve Zero Barriers as well as environmental sustainability (GoGreener) to achieve Zero Emissions and Zero Waste.
The ESG report of Gojek is the first to be compiled by a Southeast asian Internet company in alignment with international standards, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia has assured certain selected disclosures relating to the relevant material issues.

Gojek is also forming a Sustainability Advisory Council, comprising impartial external experts from various organizations including UN Women, ASEAN Centre of Energy, University of Indonesia and more.
