Franklin Templeton Appoints AIDossary as CEO to Lead Saudi Business
Asset management firm Franklin Templeton Investment confirmed the appointment of Muneera AIDossary as its new chief executive on Tuesday, for Franklin Templeton Financial Co, new office at Saudi Arabia.
The newly appointed chief took over on October 2, and the company said she will be responsible for expanding the footprints of Franklin Templeton and business in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, AIDossary will be reporting to Sandeep Singh, head of the Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) region, said the firm.
Earlier this month Sandeep Singh was appointed as the head of CEEMEA & India distribution with the responsibility to oversee the Indian market.
AIDossary has over 15 years of experience in banking and asset management industry, based on her LinkedIn profile. Previously, she headed the asset management at ANB capital, a brokerage firm. Prior to that, she also served at HSBC Saudi Arabia under similar roles.
Singh said, “Franklin Templeton has been doing business with Saudi-based clients for around 25 years and with the rapid growth of the local Saudi market and increase in client demand, this is an exciting time to welcome Muneera on board.”
