IT service provider Flexxible appointed insider Demetri Rico to take over as its chief executive officer on Wednesday, replacing the Founder of Flexxible, Sebastian Prat. The shift in leadership is due to the strategic growth in international market, said Flexxible.
Rico, who most recently served as the operating chief of Flexxible has served in multiple leadership roles in his 25 years’ professional career. He joined Flexxible in 2022 as chief operations officer. Prior to which, he worked as vice president at Huawei, an information and communication providing firm for over four years.
The former executive chief will serve as chief visionary officer, and will lead the company’s strategy, finances, and its products. He has served in the firm for about 14 years as CEO, and it was under his leadership, the Spain-based company has succeeded and expanded globally.

Virtual workplace solutions provider was formed in 2002, and it specializes in enabling enterprise desktop as a services (DaaS), Digital Transformation, Digital Employee Experience and cloud services.
