Finstreet Limited Unveils International Securities Market Infrastructure at Abu Dhabi Finance Week

Global financial markets infrastructure company Finstreet Limited, part of IHC Group through Rorix Holdings, has launched its subsidiaries to introduce a groundbreaking international securities market infrastructure during Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW). The move follows regulatory approval from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), with registration for institutional investors now open.

The company’s subsidiaries—Finstreet Global Markets Ltd, Finstreet Capital Ltd, and Finstreet Global Clearing and Settlement Ltd—offer services including a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), central securities depository (CSD), Digital Settlement Facility (DSF), and Private Financing Platform (PFP). These tools connect primary and secondary markets, enabling private digital securities trading and offering liquidity options for private company shareholders. The launch ceremony featured a bell-ringing event at ADFW, symbolising the company’s commitment to financial innovation.

Within ADGM’s robust regulatory framework, Finstreet aims to leverage Abu Dhabi’s strategic position to bridge international and regional markets. Its infrastructure provides issuers and investors seamless access to private securities markets, addressing the demand for innovative investment solutions.

H.E. Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADGM, highlighted Finstreet’s alignment with Abu Dhabi’s vision, saying, “Finstreet’s launch at Abu Dhabi Finance Week highlights ADGM’s commitment to fostering innovation and establishing Abu Dhabi as a hub for digital transformation in financial services.”

Syed Basar Shueb, CEO of IHC, added, “Finstreet’s launch aligns with our goal of driving economic diversification within Abu Dhabi and contributes to the Emirate’s progression towards achieving its Economic Vision 2030 goals.”
