England & Co Expands to Singapore, Patrick O’Shea to lead

Finance firm England and Co said it has extended its corporate advisory business in Asia-Pacific region by establishing an office in Singapore. Patrick O’Shea, managing director of New York office will head the company’s newly established Singapore space.

The independent investment bank specializes in offering global financial guidance. The newly designated Patrick O’Shea, previously was a managing director of England & Co’s space in New York. He has also provided merging and acquisition (M&A) and capital raising advisory services to an array of energy, industrial, logistics, and technology companies.

Prior to joining England & Co, O’Shea was a senior investment banker with JP Morgan & Chase Co, and he was a member of Merrill Lynch’s technology investment banking team.

O’Shea said “we see a tremendous opportunity to provide our industry-focused M&A advisory and private financing services to entrepreneurs, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, established corporations, and the growing private equity and venture capital community in the Asia-Pacific region.”

The Texas-based company advises growth firms, established corporations, private equity groups, and institutional investors on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital raising. With offices in Houston, New York, San Diego, Washington, D.C., and now in Singapore, it caters to clients worldwide.
