e& Partners with IBM to Advance AI Governance Framework

Global technology conglomerate e& has partnered with IBM to deploy an end-to-end, multi-model Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI governance solution. Announced at the World Economic Forum 2025 in Davos, this initiative aims to reinforce e&’s AI governance framework, ensuring compliance, ethical practises, and transparency across its expansive AI ecosystem.

The collaboration integrates IBM’s Watsonx. The governance platform and IBM Consulting’s expertise bolsters e&’s AI strategy. Key features include automated risk management, real-time compliance monitoring, and advanced performance analytics. The solution facilitates full oversight of AI models, enabling e& to address risks like bias, maintain ethical standards, and comply with evolving regulations while scaling its AI capabilities.

e& has been at the forefront of integrating advanced technologies, aligning its operations with global standards for innovation and governance. By implementing this AI governance solution, the group builds on its commitment to responsible AI use, addressing industry challenges such as data transparency and model accountability. This partnership reflects a broader effort to position e& as a leader in AI-driven transformations.
