Dubai Land Department Launches Second Phase of Real Estate Brokers Programme

As Dubai continues to set benchmarks in excellence, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced the launch of the second phase of its Real Estate Brokers Programme. The initiative aims to empower UAE nationals by expanding their participation in the real estate sector, enhancing their role in sustainable development, and driving the growth of Emirati talent.

The Real Estate Brokers Programme supports the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the Dubai Social Agenda 33. It aims to triple the number of Emiratis in the private sector and boost the percentage of Emirati brokers from 5% to 15% over the next three years.

Launched under the guidance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the programme is key to achieving Dubai’s goals of self-sufficiency and fostering social stability by creating opportunities for young Emiratis.

The second phase builds on this momentum by adding 21 new partners to the existing 50, including developers and brokers, to strengthen the real estate sector and foster local talent.

“The Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programmes demonstrates Dubai’s commitment to developing Emirati talent capable of leading the real estate market’s transformation,” said His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Development.

The Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programme will continue offering training, licences, and advertising packages to empower Emiratis and ensure the sustained growth of Dubai’s real estate sector.
