Singapore-based Bolttech Insurance partnered with online travel agency Trip.com Group on Sunday with an objective to expand into Hong Kong and provide travel insurance to Trip.com customers’ purchase journey.
The insurtech company said it aims to provide Bolttech’s insurance travel policy directly to Trip.com’s customers in the travel agency’s mobile app through this partnership. Additionally Bolttech said the partnership also looks to provide policy documents immediately, allowing easy process of purchase as well as offer user-friendly and convenient application.
Bolttech said the travelcare insurance is available for customers taking single trip or annual plan insurance. The insurance policy provides all rounded protection ranging from holiday, sports activities, trip delays and cancellation, also inclusive of medical expenses due to COVID-19.
