E-commerce accounting firm AVASK appointed Bojan Gajic, from software company Helium 10, to take over as its chief executive on Thursday, while also unveiling new strategic expansion.
Timothy Nelson, who has been with the company as chief executive officer since October 2020, will step down from his role.
The tax advising company said Gajic’s substantial experience in scaling technology-driven solutions in the e-commerce industry is assured to accelerate the innovative approach of AVASK towards global market expansion.
Gajic most recently served as chief executive at Helium 10 and has been with the firm for over six years in various leadership roles. The company said he spent the last two-decades scaling technology businesses within the e-commerce industry.
Dr Angelos Katsaris, co-founder at AVASK stated, “Bojan’s expertise in software development and e-commerce will be instrumental in advancing our technological edge, providing our clients with sophisticated and tailored global expansion solutions.”

The Southampton, England-based firm said, this new strategic growth indicates AVASK’s commitment in maintaining its leading role in supporting e-commerce businesses worldwide.
