UAE-based real estate developer Aldar has sponsored 1,000 Emirati nationals to gain real estate agent accreditation across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The company has also provided advanced training to more than 100 individuals, aiming to enhance industry standards and customer experience.
The comprehensive training program combined local and international expertise, with Aldar’s UAE team collaborating with experts from SODIC and London Square. Participants received insights into Aldar’s global portfolio, sales strategies, and UAE real estate regulations, along with specialized system training to integrate seamlessly into Aldar’s digital-first ecosystem.
This initiative aligns with Aldar’s broader strategy to enhance customer experience through a hospitality-focused approach and supports its partnership with the Dubai Land Department.
“Investing in local talent has always been a priority for us at Aldar,” said Bayan Al Hosani, chief people and communications officer at Aldar. “As the UAE real estate sector continues to flourish, it is essential that we develop Emirati real estate agents by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to excel, ensuring the market’s sustained growth.”
The initiative underscores Aldar’s commitment to fostering skilled local talent in the private sector and strengthening its brokerage network. It contributes to the UAE’s vision of building a robust and sustainable real estate ecosystem.
