Payment solution provider Alchemy Pay launched its fiat-crypto on-ramp payment services on Bitcoin.com web portal on Thursday, which will contribute to the expansion of the crypto developer’s reach.
The company said its direct-to-customer plugin, which can be easily integrated and deployed by web3 apps and platforms, supports the purchase of a wide range of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin.com’s rewards and utility token ‘VERSE’.
Bitcoin.com’s VERSE token’s utility will include unlocking rewards along tiers, method of payment in the company’s ecosystem and beyond, access to exclusive platform services, and more, the company added.
Dennis Jarvis, Chief Executive of Bitcoin.com stated, “Alchemy Pay’s integration brings a seamless fiat-crypto transition with an expanded range of local payment options, as the 2024 Bitcoin halving nears, this partnership underscores our commitment to remain ahead of the curve, always prioritizing our community’s needs.”
Singapore-based Alchemy Pay provides payment solutions to promote the global adoption of cryptocurrency, the payment gateway includes payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club across 173 countries, along with domestic transfers and mobile wallets in developing markets.
In December 2023, Alchemy Pay and subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) Worldpay partnered to amplify its payment channels and elevate its payment capabilities.
