Gas logistics solution provider AG&P Group appointed Karthik Sathyamoorthy as executive chief of the company, effective on October 15, along with multiple leadership role changes. The company said he will continue as CEO of its subsidiary firm, AG&P LNG Terminals & Logistics (AG&P LNG), Singapore.
The Singapore-based firm said Sathyamoorthy has nearly two decades of expertise in various leadership positions and has been with AG&P for about six years. Previously which, he worked with Galway Group, energy advisory company for over five years.
The group also appointed insider Faisal Nawaz as its new finance chief. He served as chief executive of Asiya Investments Hong Kong before joining AG&P and has 25 years of experience in multiple industries.
The company said majority of board composition will remain unchanged with AG&P Group. Known as Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Co (AG&P), it is a global downstream liquefied natural gas (LNG) platform focused on developing LNG import and regasification facilities, also downstream city gas networks.
AG&P Industrial, Manila, subsidiary of AGP named Alex Gamboa as its CEO. He joined the firm in 2019, during which he re-established Philippine’s industrial construction market as well as held pivotal role with the firm.
