UAE-based private construction Developer Company Azizi Developments announced significant progress in the construction of beachfront, part of its Riviera waterfront community in Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City.
The project, inspired by the French Mediterranean lifestyle, has reached 46% completion, with structural works for Beachfront now 95% finished. The development includes three 20-storey towers comprising 555 residential units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, and retail spaces.
Each tower features direct access to Azizi’s 2.7-kilometre swimmable crystal lagoon and offers modern amenities such as swimming pools, landscaped areas, gyms, and children’s play zones.
Beachfront is situated within Riviera, Azizi’s flagship waterfront community in MBR City, known for its blend of premium residential spaces and integrated lifestyle offerings. The Riviera development is designed to encapsulate modern urban living with a vibrant waterfront ambience, further enhanced by the lagoon’s pristine beaches and various recreational amenities.
