Madinet Masr Partners with Redcon Spain Construction to Accelerate Sarai Project
Egypt-based Urban Developer Madinet Masr, has entered into a strategic partnership with Redcon Spain Construction to expedite the construction of the Z Villas within the Sarai mixed-use project in New Cairo.
As a part of the agreement, Redcon Spain Construction will handle construction valued over EGP 600 million, with completion slated for 2025. The Sarai project spans 5.5 million square metres and features a mix of residential apartments, townhouses, and villas.
