Online groceries and essentials delivery application Blinkit collaborated with home service platform Urban Company on Sunday, to supply Urban Company’s recently launched water purifiers, Native M1 and M2, at doorsteps in 30 minutes.
In late October, Urban Company launched a new brand called Native, which is a new range of smart RO water purifiers.
The brand encompasses two models Native M1 and M2, which are built with innovative filters, and need zero service for at least two years, with the capacity to offer 12,000 litres of purified water, stated Urban Company.
Zomato-owned Blinkit mentioned once the purifier is delivered, the customer will get a call from Urban Company to make an appointment for installation, which will be completed in less than three hours.
Henceforth, Urban Company said it aims to reimagine the purchase and installation process for home appliances.
Albinder Dhindsa, Founder of Blinkit, on LinkedIn, said the service will be initiated in parts of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, while also expanding to other parts of India in the future.
“We are now excited to take the proposition to the next level by partnering with Blinkit and delivering the Native water purifier within 30 mins with a superior product,” said Varun Khaitan, Operating Chief of Urban Company and added, “We are confident of making a meaningful dent in the market.”
