IT Services and IT Consulting service provider Oracle Corp extended its collaboration with telecommunication firm Etisalat by e& on Tuesday, by deploying NVIDIA H100 GPU clusters within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Region, to enhance AI capabilities hosted at Etisalat by e& Data Centers.
The collaboration aims to facilitate the localization and development of cutting-edge AI services, to improve the standards of offerings across its product portfolio and business operations, said Oracle.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a cloud computing platform that enables to build and run a wide range of applications in a highly available, high-performance environment. OCI offers a variety of services, including Database, Data and AI, Analytics, and Core infrastructure, stated Oracle.
A year ago, both companies collaborated on digital expansions. The firm said Etisalat by e& chose OCI Dedicated Region as a key cloud platform along with incorporating NVIDIA clusters into its dedicated Oracle cloud region, Etisalat by e& will gain access to flexible, high-performance on-premises computing resources.
The tech-based firm said, with this Etisalat by e& will leverage its cloud platform to include AI services into its business applications, enhancing the efficiency of its business and operational processes.
Texas-based Oracle provides organizations with computing infrastructure and software to help innovate, unlock efficiencies and become more effective.
