Westat appointed Oswaldo Holguin, Chief Financial Officer at trading company Creative Associates International, to take over as the new Financial Chief of the survey firm on Thursday.
Prior to taking over the new role of CFO at Westat, Holguin worked with Creative Associates International since September 2014. He also held various leadership roles at Abt Associates, research service provider, and tech firm Management Systems International.
Susan Mountford, former CFO has been with Westat for over a decade. For nearly three decades, Mountford worked with various institutions in senior positions.
Recently, Westat also appointed Terry Moore, Senior Vice President at Insight Policy Research to join the company as Vice President of Innovation and Quality on January 1.
Derek Ellis, chief operating officer at Westat stated, “We are excited to welcome Oswaldo to the Westat team who is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving transformational change in a collaborative environment. I am confident that he will contribute significantly to our Finance team and Westat as a whole.”
On Wednesday, the Rockville, Maryland-based company said, as of January 1, Insight Policy Research was fully integrated into Westat, which was initially acquired by the company in June 2022.
