Effect immediately, CORE will be rebranded as ‘Cushman & Wakefield Core’ aligning their shared vision and commitment to innovation in the global real estate sector.
The strategic collaboration grants CORE to access Cushman & Wakefield’s global network, on the other hand enabling Cushman & Wakefield to provide its comprehensive service throughout the UAE.
This joint venture will translate to better market insights, global reach from the United Arab, and wider services offered including capital market, investment and asset management, project and development, facilitate services and global occupier services to their clients additionally this new alliance will also provide professional development and training opportunities to the workforce of CORE.
